Financial Wellbeing

Following a work injury, there are many services available to support your recovery process including Financial Wellbeing resources.

What is financial wellbeing?

Talking about money and our own personal finances can be uncomfortable and confusing.

Our series of short 1min videos will help you understand the three stages of financial wellbeing, where you are on the financial wellbeing scale using the Financial Wellbeing Check-In tool, and how you can access supports to suit you and your own abilities.

Financial challenges can cause significant stress, which can impact on mental health and wellbeing.  Similarly, the state of our mental health can make it harder to get on top of our finances.
When people who are experiencing financial stress do seek help it can make a big difference to both their financial and mental wellbeing.
