Need to report a work injury or make a claim?

If you would like to speak with someone urgently about a work injury or to make a claim call your claims agent EML 1800 688 825 or Gallagher Bassett 1800 774 177 Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Otherwise leave your details and we’ll arrange for a customer service representative to call you back at your preferred time.

Workers of self-insured employers should speak to their employer about reporting an injury or making a claim.
