In my employer remuneration return, which workers need to be included in the total number of workers?

Provide the total number of workers you employed in South Australia at all locations during the previous financial year whose remuneration makes up actual remuneration.

The total number of workers includes any worker who was paid remuneration in the previous financial year, including full-time, casual, part-time, working directors, apprentices and trainees, whether they worked for part or all of the financial year.

If you make a mistake when providing the total number of workers for the previous financial year, you can update the figure during the annual employer remuneration return submission period (usually from early July to 30 September). Otherwise call us on 13 18 55 between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
