How do I check if my patient has a current claim?
To make sure your patient has a current claim, you can use our claim check.
- Click on the ‘Claim check’ button on the home page OR go to Search / Claim check in the top menu.
- You must enter either:
- Claim number OR
- All of the other fields:
- Claimant first name
- Claimant last name
- Claimant date of birth
- Date of injury
- You must declare that you have the claimant’s consent to search for a claim related to their injury.
- Click ‘Search’.
If your patient has a current claim, you will see a message on screen confirming that they have a current claim and the contact details of their claims manager.
